Lavonya Reel is a minister, author, speaker, and passionate advocate for healing, wholeness, and restoration. With a heart for women and a deep commitment to the Word of God, she is dedicated to helping women rediscover their identity, embrace their worth, and move forward in the freedom God has intended for their lives.

Her journey has not been without challenges. Having personally experienced the pain of divorce, disappointment, and seasons of rebuilding, Lavonya understands what it means to have life look different from what you once imagined. Yet through every season, her faith has remained anchored in the faithfulness of God.

What began as a personal journey of healing has grown into a ministry centered on helping others recognize that their story does not end where their pain began.

As the visionary behind The Restoration Room and Beyond Divorce, Lavonya has created spaces where women can encounter biblical truth, receive encouragement, and experience restoration without shame or condemnation. Her heart is especially drawn to women navigating divorce, life transitions, and the process of rediscovering themselves after difficult seasons.

Lavonya believes restoration is about more than recovering what was lost. It is about becoming whole, walking confidently in your God-given identity, and embracing the life that is still ahead.

In addition to her work in ministry, Lavonya is a licensed practical nurse, a nursing student, a mother of two daughters, and co-host of Living the Reel Life, where faith, culture, and purpose intersect. Whether through teaching, speaking, writing, or personal connection, her desire remains the same: to see lives transformed through the power of God.

Her message is simple: You are not disqualified by what you've experienced. There is life beyond the brokenness, purpose beyond the pain, and freedom on the other side of healing.
